What is Digital Marketing? At a high level, digital marketing refers to advertising delivered through digital channels such as search engines, websites, social media, email, and mobile apps. Using these online media channels, digital marketing is the method by which companies endorse products, services & brands. Getting educated is key and a good digital marketing company (um...like us) will educate you. We do not advertise for the sake of advertising. We assess your business through a Discovery Call and recommend solutions to address the challenges you might be faced with.

How can Digital Marketing help me?Quite simply, it can help you grow your business. The "Digital Marketing" term however is just one piece of the puzzle. Digital Marketing is designed to drive website visits, phone calls, form fills or even foot traffic to your business. You still need a solid "Sales Funnel" to be able to convert that traffic to an actual customer. That means, for example, that your website has to be rock solid and showing a potential customer how you are going to meet their need or solve their problems. Your site has to convert that website visitor (form fill, phone call) to a lead that you then utilize your sales funnel to manage that lead. We truly do not believe there is a business out there that won't benefit from Digital Marketing. Unfortunately it isn't free...but the education is! Reach out on Chat or the Contact Us form, or better yet, request a digital assessment for your business (pretty sure we added that to our website somewhere).

Where should I be doing digital advertising? That is a very good question and one that we can help you figure out through a Discovery Call. It is really essential to understand where your audience is. For example, the demographic user on Facebook can be very different than the demographic of a user on LinkedIn. The first step is that we would help you define your ideal customer and educate you on the best platform(s) to target based on detailed keyword & industry research. There are many things to consider. If you are only targeting other businesses as potential customers, LinkedIn is often a great platform. If your business is visual such as you are an Architect, platforms like Instagram & Pinterest are usually strong plays. Google has multiple ways to support Digital Marketing including Google Search Ads (usually the first 3 search results you see after executing a search), Google Display Ads (your visual banner displayed on very relevant other websites), Search Engine Optimization (techniques to get your website to display on the 1st page of Google & other search engines), YouTube (video ads on the now owned Google platorm). Again, all of this can be discussed completely free and without obligation! We will do a complete Digital Assessment of your business...absolutely free (minus the time you let us entertain you with the results of that assessment).

How much do your services cost? That really depends on what services you are talking about. Something like Business Directory Listing Management which is critical to having your information accurate across the internet is priced under $100 per month. More advanced services like Search Engine Optimization (SEO) start at $495 per month or Digital Managed Services such as running ads on various platforms start at $995 per month. We truly do not feel any of this is a one size fits all and the best thing to do is to contact us. We run a complete digital assessment to explore the best solutions completely free of charge.
