You receive an alert the moment a review is submitted on all of the most popular review sites, including Yelp, Facebook, and Google+, as well as a ton of sites that may be relevant to your specific industry. Once you receive the alert and respond to the review (with dozens of built in review responses based on the star rating of the review), our platform pushes that review response directly back out to the source that it came from. For example, if you receive a review on Google and respond to it, the platform pushes that response immediately out to Google.

Easily gather new reviews from delighted customers via email or text. Those reviews will get directed to wherever you want them to. For example, if you choose you want reviews on Google and Facebook, the review request that will get sent out will include links to your Google My Business page or Facebook Business Page.
